Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

The order still includes all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as received.

The product has been handled normally; damage caused by improper handling is not covered.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

The product must be reported as defective immediately upon arrival.
Elara Dublin reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged due to customer negligence.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to start the return process:

We will contact you with the correct return address. Never send returns to the sender’s address.
Returns must only be sent to the address we provide.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
Consumers have the right to cancel an order under the following conditions, provided the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not related to their commercial or professional activity.
Cancellation Terms
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), received the final item of your order.
Because orders are processed automatically, it is not possible to stop the shipping process after purchase. Therefore, refunds before receiving the product are not possible.
To exercise your right of cancellation, notify us (Elara Dublin) by email of your decision to cancel the contract.
Cancellation is completed once we receive the returned products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products in Transit
If the products have already been shipped, cancellation is not possible until you receive the items.
You may notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.
For a faster refund, please provide us with your return shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding any additional shipping charges (for example, if you selected an upgraded delivery option instead of standard shipping).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during checkout, and you will not be charged any additional fees.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
