Order Cancellation
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the final item, provided the purchase was made for personal (non-commercial) use.
Because orders are processed automatically, it is not possible to cancel an order before it has been delivered.
Once the order has been received, it can be returned in accordance with this return policy at no cost to the customer.
Consequences of Cancellation
